Most talent acquisition professionals start off their career in an entry level recruiting position, however, most don’t intentionally stay in the talent acquisition space.  However, when you develop a passion for talent acquisition early on…you stay in what you love!  Over the past 20 years, I have gained experience in recruitment and sourcing strategies, talent marketing, led implementations, trained many TA professionals, as well as management teams on best practice in interviewing and hiring.  Working in a variety of industries throughout my career from small to large global 500 companies, I have had the opportunity to support, lead, and develop talent acquisition programs and strategies.  I believe you have to provide talent acquisition teams with proper training, resources, metrics, and an “out of the box” hiring approach at all times.  Things are always changing in Talent Acquisition!
